To our valued customers:
COVID-19 has dramatically impacted our lives and the way many of us do business.
We want to share with you an update on what ReMARKable Dry Erase is doing to keep our customers, and our team safe while we continue to deliver our products across North America.
Protecting the health of our team and customers
The well being of our teammates and customers is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and believe that is important to share the steps we are taking to keep people safe and our facility clean while at the same time meeting our service commitments.
Each day we are taking preventative measures to maintain a healthy work environment and have enhanced our daily cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of infection. These measures are aligned with the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and include the following:
· Cleaning your hands often. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
· Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
· Cover coughs and sneezes
· Avoid close contact with people who are sick
· Stay home if you are sick, unless you seek medical care
· Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
Ensuring business continuity
Many customers have asked us if we will continue to process and deliver orders. The answer is yes! We are committed to keeping the flow of order processing and delivery services for you and your customers. We are partnered with UPS shipping service that have also implemented guidelines that are consistent with the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help ensure the health and safety of employees and customers alike.
